Minecraft Education: Engineering Challenge

Scientific American declared, "...not only is Minecraft immersive and creative, but it is an excellent platform for making almost any subject area more engaging." Minecraft meets S.T.E.A.M. as students are challenged to create items based on the popular Minecraft game. Participants will be challenged to design and capture a Creeper, build a block tower and Minecraft blocks, create an animal pen and much more. These S.T.E.A.M. engineering activities will utilize Minecraft to engage children through project based learning.
