Pioneer Days: Life On A Farm (Entering Grades K - 6th) ) CLOSED
Campers will be immersed in the daily cycle of the farm as they discover the wonder of the natural world. Campers will be exposed to a beautiful environment with a variety of animals. They can experience everything from collecting eggs to learning about the animal families that make up a farm community to studying pond life, baking bread, making butter and ice cream and creating gardens. Campers will take a trip into our natural world to learn the science behind bees, bugs, ponds, animals and so much more. Learning will extend beyond the classroom with a plethora of hands-on experiments that give campers a glimpse into the wonders that surround us. Note: Participants should wear close-toed shoes, sunscreen and old clothes. Please do not register your child for this camp if he/she has allergies that will be dangerous to participation.
