June 9 – June 13

Magical World of Disney (Entering Grades PreK - 6th)
Build Elsa’s castle and Moana’s canoe to withstand a storm! Engineer an underwater escape route for Ariel, mix potions for Honey Lemon in Big Hero 6 and create a roadster for Mickey Mouse! How do roller coasters work? Can you build one? Campers will join us as we STEAM into the wonderful world of all things Disney and discover some of the secrets behind the magic. Campers will take virtual tours and learn some tricks used to create magic!

LEGO Creation! (Entering Grades PreK - 6th)
Bricks bricks everywhere! Girls and boys will be presented with LEGO challenges to create both stationary and robotic LEGO creations that will require them to think critically, explore, collaborate and solve problems. This camp is all LEGO all the time with a twist! Teachers will begin each day with a LEGO challenge which each student will share with the group. How many different solutions are there? They will work to build various structures, recreate famous buildings and works or art and learn through the use of these amazing bricks.

Array of Arts & Crafts (Entering Grades 1st - 6th)
Campers learn how to make soap, jewelry, bath bombs, pillows, dreamcatchers, cards, paper and much more as they discover the beauty of working with their hands to create unique things. Campers will take home their final projects to share with family and friends.

Minecraft Theme Parks! (Entering Grades 1st - 8th)
Minecraft Education: Theme Parks will provide campers with the tools to build an incredible theme park based on their favorite features! Planning, engineering, and design will combine to provide students with the tools to create a one-of-a-kind park through Minecraft, after studying how other parks across the country are designed.

Video Game Design (Entering Grades 4th – 8th)
Is your child interested in creating their own video games? Does your child have an imagination that can take them anywhere? Would you like them to be able to expand on their work after completing camp? Campers will use computer technology to build and design their own video games. Students are grouped by age level and provided with different formats in which to learn based on age. They will begin by creating characters and settings and will continue by telling their stories through a game board that is brought to life with technology, transforming learning from the paper and putting the final product into the hands of campers.
